Our EducatorsOur staff is dedicated to providing your child with the best experience and education available. We provide access to training programs to ensure our educators are equipped with the best possible tools. We follow the New Brunswick Curriculum Framework for Early Learning and Childcare. This provides a guideline for our educators who, along with our curriculum coordinator, customize programs to meet your child's needs.
GovernanceAs a not-for-profit organization, Bright Beginnings is governed by a volunteer board of directors. Parent representatives are nominated annually at the Annual General Meeting, typically held in October.
The primary role of the board is to provide strategic direction and financial oversight as well as ensure the organization remains focused on its mission statement.
